Ticket holder grants Kiwanis Club of North Gwinnett, Kiwanis International, Richards Studios Photography, City of Buford, their members, officers, affiliates, attendees, vendors, and assignees permission to use Father Daughter Valentine Dance (either inside or outside the event facility) photographs, films, video, sound recordings, reproductions, and other images of holder’s likeness for any legitimate purpose, including but not limited to any marketing, advertising, media, social media, and other purposes for any promotional or advertisement for this event and in perpetuity. Ticket holder voluntarily assumes all risk of property loss and personal injury arising prior to, during or after the actual event either inside or outside of the facility and hereby waives any and all claims that holder may have for personal injury, invasion of privacy, or right of publicity arising out of or relating to any utilization of Holder’s image as described herein.
